Rivenwood is committed to helping you solve your problem.In this section, we offer instructions, what to do if you are missing hardware, or whatever your problem may be.  Before continuing, remember to first read all the instructions and follow the directions given exactly. A word About Softwood Lumber: Our products are manufactured from solid pine. Minor knots, splintering, and wood imperfections are to be expected. These surface concerns can be taken care of by varying means. Splintered ends can be sanded down, loose knots can be treated by rubbing carpenter's glue about the knot and placing the knot back into the hole, and the surface lightly sanded after drying.
